Kia Corporation has revealed the exterior design of its upcoming PV5 electric van, the first model under its new Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV) strategy. The PV5 aims to redefine space and mobility with a versatile, modular design tailored to diverse customer needs.

The PV5 will be available in multiple configurations, including Passenger and Cargo models. The Passenger variant features a sleek, geometric profile with expansive windows for enhanced visibility, framed by striking black accents. In contrast, the Cargo version offers a boxier silhouette optimized for space efficiency, equipped with twin side-opening tailgate doors for easy loading and unloading. Both models showcase bold LED lighting signatures and robust black wheel arch claddings, emphasizing a modern and capable aesthetic.

The full PV5 lineup, including specialized conversion options, will be officially unveiled at the 2025 Kia EV Day in Tarragona, Spain, on February 24. Detailed information about vehicle interiors and additional offerings will be released on February 27, with event footage available on the Kia Worldwide YouTube channel in March.

The PV5 is set to enter production in 2025, marking a significant milestone in Kia’s commitment to innovative and flexible electric mobility solutions.
