The newly launched Mercedes-AMG C 43 is the 12th model to have been introduced this year by Mercedes-Benz. Priced at Rs 74.35 lakh(ex-showroom, Delhi), it is cheaper than its hardcore sibling: the C 63 S AMG.
On the outside, the C 43 does not boast of the same aggressive bodywork as seen on the C 63 S, although it does look a lot sportier than the standard C-Class. Inside, the C 43 features a multifunction sports steering, sports seats up front and some minor AMG add-ons.
Under the sculpted hood sits a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine that makes 370hp and 570Nm of torque – all of which is sent to all four wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission.
