Citroën India has launched a certified CNG retrofitment program for its popular C3 hatchback, offering a cleaner and more economical fuel alternative without compromising on comfort or performance.
The brand-authorised retrofit is available for the 1.2 NA variants (Live, Feel, Feel(O) & Shine), and ensures compatibility and performance through factory-engineered calibration. With a mileage of up to 28.1 km/kg, running costs are significantly lowered to just ₹2.66/km, making the C3 CNG an attractive option for eco-conscious buyers.
The system retains full boot space and spare wheel access, with a smartly integrated CNG nozzle in the petrol filler port for convenience. Enhanced suspension components maintain Citroën’s signature “flying carpet” ride quality, even with the added CNG kit.
Covered by a 3-year/100,000 km warranty, including CNG components, the retrofit is available exclusively at Citroën authorised dealerships, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
