Lamborghini has revealed the meaner Aventador S Coupe for 2017 – and it’s all set to reach out to international market, starting sometime next year.
On the outside, the Aventador S gets sharper at the front with a redesigned bumper, while notable alterations are visible at the rear as well, including a newly designed exhaust. The carbon-fibre monocoque chassis remains the same, but now boasts of a four-wheel steering setup that is said to improve high-speed stability, low speed manoeuvrability and agility. It also gets updated pushrod and suspension settings. Other updates include an improved electronic stability control system, and tweaked rear springs.
The 6.5-litre V12 remains the same, but now sees an increase in horsepower to 740hp and 690Nm of torque – all of which is sent to all four wheels via the 7-speed independent shifting rod gearbox. The Aventador S can accelerate from 0-100 in just 2.9 seconds and will reach a top speed of 349kph.
