Hyundai Grand i10 facelift launched at Rs 4.58 lakh

Hyundai has given the Grand i10 a much-needed facelift, and is now available in India at a price of Rs 4.58 lakh, for the base variant, the top-end model tops out at Rs 7.33 lakh(ex-showroom, Delhi).


Revisions to the styling are more than prominent when you notice the re-designed front bumpers, new alloy wheels, and mild tweaks to rear as well. The cabin gets an all-new 7.0-inch touchscreen AVN system with Apple CarPlay, MirrorLink connectivity and Android Auto. Also, every model – starting from the Sportz variant – gets a 5.0-inch touchscreen unit, while other features for the top-end models include LED DRLs, reverse parking camera and sensors and automatic climate control.


The new Grand i10 also boasts of an all-new 1.2-litre diesel engine that makes 75hp and 171Nm of torque, while the same 1.2-litre, 83hp, petrol engine continues to sell, albeit with minor tweaks. Linked to the motors is a 5-speed manual, while an auto ‘box is available only on the petrol car. The new diesel mill is said to deliver a fuel economy figure of 24.95kpl.
