We can imagine all the hype at the moment, knowing the all-new Duke 250 is finally ready to order at Rs 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), with deliveries set to begin in a week’s time.
The new Duke 250 looks identical to the new Duke 390, since both sport a very angular frame design. What you don’t see is the all-LED headlamp and the TFT colour display. The colour themes also vary, as do the shade of the alloy wheels.
It gets MRF Revz C1 tyres, while a 300mm disc/four-piston caliper up-front and a 230mm disc/single-piston at the rear. Unfortunately, ABS isn’t available.
Nestled neatly in the frame is a 250cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected motor that makes 30hp and 24Nm of torque, and is synced to a 6-speed, slipper-clutch transmission.
