Triumph Motorcycles India launches its first all new classic cruiser- Bonneville Speedmaster

Triumph Motorcycles launched the all new classic cruiser Bonneville Speedmaster in India at Rs. 11.11 lakh Pan India. The fun and accessible contemporary Bonneville gets a significant retrofit in capability and style to create this iconic classic cruiser. The style, the performance, the features, the safety combined with the trademark Triumph experience will not just catapult the brand to dominate the Indian market, but also the hearts of all motorcycle enthusiast in the country. The new Triumph offering is based on the Triumph Bonneville Bobber, which was launched in India at Rs 9.56 lakh (ex-showroom, India), last year.

The Speedmaster carries Bonneville’s timeless DNA and signature Bobber features with comfortable riding ergonomics. The Speedmaster comes with ride-by-wire technology and offers Rain and Road riding modes. Braking is done through powerful twin disc Brembo brakes. Speedmaster is powered by the same 1,200cc parallel-twin powerplant seen on the Bobber, which delivers 77hp at 6,100rpm and peak torque of 106Nm at 4,000rpm. It also gets switchable traction control, LED head lights and first Bonneville motorcycle to get Cruise Control.

The Speedmaster is available in two design kits – Maverick and Highway. ‘Maverick’ kit for a stripped back, mean attitude; ‘Highway’ kit for cruising in style
