Paul G Maloney, the man behind the brand PGM and the PGM motor cycle which is currently the World’s most powerful production motorcycle. Seven years before, Paul had an idea to build an extreme motorcycle for the extreme bikers. Paul’s team consist of engineers, designers, fabricators, riders and racers – have over 130 years of combined experience and passion for motorcycling. The PGM team stick to the quote that “If you want to experience the ultimate emotional rollercoaster, build yourself a motorcycle”. That’s how the PGM came into existence.

The PGM V8 motorcycle is an absolute brute. Its whopping 1996cc, 90-degree V8 engine spins to 12,800 rpm to smash out 334 hp at the countershaft sprocket, while torque is a massive 214 Nm. This amount of massive power will go to the rear tyres.

Paul and his team mates have extensive work experience and they have built an unbeatable motorcycle. They haven’t used a supercharger or turbocharger, the PGM 2 litre V8 is all about raw power while the engine is purpose build from scratch.

The PGM is not aiming to set any world record in terms of speed. As you can see the PGM is designed as a naked bike and Paul claims, given the right aerodynamic body package, his bike will go well over 400kmph. That’s insane!

It also features carbonfibre bodywork, Akrapovic titanium exhaust, Brembo brakes, Marchesini wheels,  Ohlins suspension, and Motec instruments and engine management. Apparently they plan to go into production and they PGM V8 will cost a cool $180,000!
