Triumph has launched its 900cc, entry-level model in India, at the Delhi Auto Expo. As can be seen, the Street Twin gets some modern touches to what has always been a retro design. The single-pod instrument cluster, 10-spoke alloy wheels and a well-designed seat are among some of the newfangled details.
The all-black engine and the chrome handlebars, along with the beautifully finished exhausts make the bike stand out. The 900cc, 4-stroke, parallel-twin motor is linked to a 6-speed gearbox. Features include switchable ABS, a USB port, traction control system. Up-front, the bike boasts of a single disc rotor, while drum brakes find their way onto the rear.
You can also have your Street Twin customized with a Scrambler kit. At a price of Rs 6.9 lakh, the Street Twin is definitely the most affordable Triumph on the market today.
