Porsche has revealed the all-new Cayenne Electric in an online global premiere, ahead of its first public showcase at the Icons of Porsche festival in Dubai this weekend. The launch introduces two variants—the Cayenne Electric and the high-performance Cayenne Turbo Electric—marking a major milestone in the brand’s shift toward electrification.
The Cayenne Turbo Electric becomes the most powerful production Porsche ever, delivering up to 850 kW (1,156 PS), 0–100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, and a top speed of 260 km/h. Both models feature all-wheel drive, advanced thermal management, and Formula E–level recuperation of up to 600 kW. The entry model produces up to 325 kW (442 PS) with Launch Control and sprints to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds.
A newly developed 113 kWh battery enables up to 642 km (WLTP) of range and ultra-fast 800-volt charging of up to 400 kW—adding 70% charge in under 16 minutes. Porsche emphasised consistent charging performance and long-distance comfort during development.
Visually, the electric Cayenne features a sleeker, more aerodynamic design with a 0.25 drag coefficient. New Matrix LED headlights, frameless doors, and an illuminated 3D rear light strip modernise its look, while extensive customisation options—including 13 exterior colours and multiple interior packages—are offered.
Inside, the SUV debuts Porsche’s new Driver Experience with the curved OLED Flow Display, a digital cluster, an optional passenger screen, and the brand’s first AR head-up display. Mood Modes, expanded ambient lighting, and enhanced comfort features further elevate the cabin.
The Cayenne Electric is also more spacious, offering increased wheelbase, larger luggage capacity, and towing ability up to 3.5 tonnes. Porsche confirms that combustion-engine and hybrid Cayenne models will continue alongside the new EV, giving customers a trio of powertrain choices beyond 2030.
The all-electric Cayenne lineup is now available for order globally.
