Jeep® India has introduced the 2026 Meridian, bringing a customer-focused upgrade that enhances comfort and flexibility in its premium seven-seat SUV. The latest model year update adds sliding second-row seats on the Limited and Overland variants, improving third-row space and usability when all seats are occupied.
The new sliding function allows up to 140 mm of longitudinal movement, enabling owners to balance legroom between the second and third rows or increase boot capacity as needed. Enhanced recline and improved access to the third row further elevate comfort for family and long-distance travel.
The 2026 Meridian continues to offer a premium cabin with features such as a panoramic sunroof, ventilated powered front seats, refined upholstery, and Jeep’s Uconnect connected technology with a large digital instrument cluster and touchscreen infotainment system. Safety remains a strong focus, with over 70 active and passive safety features, including ADAS on select variants.
Power comes from the proven 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine producing 170 hp and 350 Nm of torque, paired with Jeep’s Selec-Terrain 4×4 system for confident on- and off-road performance.
