Launched: 2019 Aston Martin Vantage priced at Rs 2.95 crore in India

Aston Martin has now launched its affordable entry-level car in the Indian market. The all-new 2019 Aston Martin Vantage has been launched at a price of 2.95 crore INR (ex-showroom).  Open for official bookings all over the nation, deliveries will be commencing in a few months. The number of coupes allotted for Indian market is only 20 units.

Sharing the DB11’s platform, the new 2019 Aston Martin Vantage has almost 70% of newer components which also weighs lesser than its predecessor, further adding to the fact that it’s more powerful and faster ever. The heart of the Vantage is powered by an AMG-sourced 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine which is paired to a ZF-sourced 8-speed gearbox provided with paddle shifters.

The engine churns out a power output of 503bhp at 6000rpm and 685Nm of torque between 2000rpm – 5000rpm. 0-100 kmph comes up in 3.6 seconds – all power being sent to the rear wheels. It can achieve a top speed of 313kmph. There are three driving modes offered on the coupe – Sport, Sport+ and Track.

The coupe comes with the new adaptive Skyhook dampers with updated bushes and springs. The 2019 Vantage measures 1530kg as dry weight and 122mm of ground clearance.
