Al-Futtaim has announced the appointment of Jorge Navea as President of Al-Futtaim Automotive, effective immediately, strengthening the Group’s commitment to accelerating growth and shaping the future of mobility across the region.
Jorge Navea brings more than 30 years of international automotive experience across OEMs, distribution, and mobility services. He joins Al-Futtaim from Astara, where he served as CEO and led the company’s transformation into a global, technology-enabled mobility leader across multiple markets.
In his new role, Navea will lead Al-Futtaim Automotive’s strategic growth agenda, focusing on market expansion, next-generation customer and aftersales excellence, and strategic investments to future-proof the business. His leadership style, centred on innovation, partnerships, and customer focus, closely aligns with Al-Futtaim’s long-term vision.
