Kia Middle East & Africa has staged a landmark desert driving experience to showcase the Kia Tasman, the brand’s first-ever pickup truck, across some of Jordan’s toughest terrains.
The event, which ran from Amman to Petra, put the Tasman through shifting dunes in Wadi Araba, rocky climbs in Al Bayda, and winding mountain passes, highlighting its rugged off-road capability, advanced X-Trek system, and SUV-like comfort.
Building on its global debut at the 2024 Jeddah International Motor Show, the Tasman is designed with a 252mm ground clearance, 32-degree approach angle, and dedicated Desert Mode tailored for Middle Eastern landscapes.
