I’ve driven several Exeed models over the years, and it’s safe to say the brand consistently delivers impressive quality and technology across its lineup. Recently, I tested the Exeed ES REEV Pro variant—and it left me genuinely impressed.
1. Design
The Exeed ES is a definite head-turner, as expected from the brand’s flagship sedan. Its aerodynamic silhouette commands attention wherever it goes. From the sleek headlamps to the sporty rear spoiler, every angle reflects a blend of elegance and athleticism.
With a length just shy of 5 meters and a wheelbase close to 3 meters, the sedan offers a strong road presence along with generous interior space. Its design is bold yet refined, sitting comfortably among premium competitors.
2. Interiors & Technology
Step inside, and the ES welcomes you with luxury at every touchpoint. The 10-layer Nappa leather seats offer heating, ventilation, massage, and full electric adjustment. You also get tri-zone climate control with a rear touch panel, and the acoustic glass enhances cabin quietness significantly.
Exeed has gone all-in with tech—almost every function is controlled through the large 15.6-inch touchscreen. While it takes a bit of getting used to, the interface is intuitive and responsive.
The 23-speaker sound system is a delight for audiophiles. Tech highlights include a head-up display, face recognition, a rear screen control panel, welcome/napping modes, 540° camera system, and Level 2.5 ADAS. The automatic soft-closing doors on all four sides—similar to what you’d find in a BMW 7 Series or Mercedes S-Class—add a true luxury touch.
And yes—Auto Parking is included too!
3. Driving & Performance
It’s rare to find a sedan that accelerates from 0–100 km/h in under 5 seconds and offers over 1,200 km of driving range in a single tank—yet the Exeed ES does exactly that.
The REEV technology enables exceptional range while maintaining strong performance. The dual-motor system on the REEV Pro variant delivers up to 353 kW of power and a remarkable 660 Nm of torque.
The aerodynamic design gives the car excellent stability around corners. With AWD, the ES provides superb traction, allowing you to push it confidently. The six-piston braking system is equally impressive, stopping the car from 100 km/h in just 34.9 meters.
However, what impressed me most wasn’t the acceleration or the range—it was the buttery-smooth adaptive air suspension with 6 cm height adjustment. It absorbs bumps effortlessly and remains composed even over speed breakers at higher speeds.
4. Would You Buy One?
The ES comes with a solid warranty package—7 years or 160,000 km for the vehicle and 8 years or 200,000 km for the battery. Pricing for the BEV variant starts at AED 219,000, which is competitive considering the level of technology, luxury, and performance offered.
If you’re in the market for a luxurious, sporty sedan packed with cutting-edge features, the Exeed ES deserves a spot on your shortlist. I highly recommend visiting the Al Ghurair Exeed showroom for a test drive.
