Volkswagen has unveiled its latest compact SUV named T-Cross. The new SUV is based in MQB platform as much as the other cars of the Volkswagen line-up.

 

About the exterior looks, the T-cross is truly inspired from the Tiguan and the Touareg. The SUV is sleeker and sharper with those integrated LED DRLs. The C-shaped tail lamps also give the SUV a major attraction.

 

The interiors of the T-cross look more premium with the three spokes flat-bottomed steering wheel (R-line trim) and an 8-inch infotainment system. Volkswagen also offers 4 USB ports for charging as standard and optional 300w Beats audio system. The 385 litres boot space offers better practicality.

 

The T-cross has 4 engine options; 1 litre three cylinder petrol engine that generates 95ps of power and same for 115ps for a tuned one, 1.5 litre four cylinder petrol engine which generates 150ps of power and 1.6 litres TDI four cylinder diesel engine that generates 95ps of power. The T-cross is available in both manual and automatic variants as well.

 

The safety features are pedestrian detection, lane assist, rear traffic assist, hill start assist, keyless entry, wireless induction charging and much more.
