Nissan has launched its supercar – the GT-R, in India at a price of Rs 1.99 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The new car gets some design updates and tweaks, including new wheels and a re-designed front and rear bumper. It endows a hand-crafted 570hp, 3.8-litre V6, 24-valve twin-turbocharged engine that churns out 637Nm of torque – all of which is channeled to all four wheels via a 6-speed dual-clutch gearbox. It also gets a titanium exhaust system.
The 0-100kph sprint is achieved in just 2.7 seconds with a top speed of 315kph. It also features a Bose system with 11 speakers, to boot. The car will be officially imported, and sold only in Delhi as of today.
